This new association of anti-aging and alternative medicine practitioners was holding its first international conference in Reno, Nevada. I worked with the planners to organize exhibitors and presenters, solicit sponsors, create a conference program and comprehensive tape order form, and coordinate the audio and videotaping of the conference. I also worked at the conference as an assistant to the videographers and had the responsibility of ensuring that all sessions were taped, tapes were logged, presenters materials entered and returned, and materials for sale of tapes was produced and circulated.
